ICT Officer II

Title: Job Opportunities at Tanzania Agricultural Development Bank Limited (TADB) – March 2026

Position: ICT Officer II Number of Positions: One Position – Dar es Salaam

Job Profile: To support business availability, stability, security, and effective use of enterprise systems, Core Banking System, and ICT infrastructure by providing operational support, system administration, monitoring, incident resolution, and core assistance in line with Tanzania Agricultural Development Bank (TADB) business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide first- and second-level support for end-to-end Banking System and related enterprise applications.
• Monitor daily system operations, batch jobs, end-of-day processes.
• Support user system operations for enterprise systems and core banking.
• Assist in system configuration, parameter setup, and maintenance.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, releases, and testing activities.
• Support enterprise systems integrity, backups, reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve system incidents and service requests.
• Maintain access controls, passwords, policies, and user guides.
• Support implementation of system changes in line with approved upgrades.
• Maintain accurate ICT operations documentation.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, Linux).
• At least 2–3 years relevant experience in ICT operations.
