IT System Support Engineer – Level II (1 Position)

Role Summary

Responsible for maintaining customer IT environments including hardware, software, networks, storage, and security systems.
Ensures smooth operations through installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement & improve IT infrastructure solutions.
• Install/configure routers, switches, servers, firewalls, AD, DNS/DHCP.
• Monitor & troubleshoot LAN/WAN, systems & end-user devices.
• Perform upgrades, preventive maintenance & firmware updates.
• Support users with hardware/software installations & connectivity.
• Ensure Office 365, antivirus & backups are functioning properly.
• Handle storage systems (SAN), virtualization & backup technologies.
• Provide incident support, escalate issues & deliver weekly/monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Degree/Advanced Diploma in IT.
• 3–5+ years of IT industry experience.
• Strong LAN/WAN, networking & troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with desktops, laptops, servers & storage.
• Certifications: ITIL, MCSA, CCNA (added advantage).
• Excellent communication, analytical skills & teamwork mindset.
