Key Account Manager – Corporate &Partnership

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Telecommunications or related field.
• 3 years’ experience in Corporate Sales, Key Account Management, Banking, Telecommunications,
• FinTech, Digital Payments or related industries.

Location: Dar Es Salaam

Core responsibilities

• Achieve allocated revenue, transaction value and customer growth targets.
• Acquire new corporate customers and strategic partners.
• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and coordinate implementation.
• Drive customer activation and product adoption after go-live.
• Develop and execute customer retention plans to minimize churn.
• Manage strategic relationships with key decision makers.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the Mixx portfolio.
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Compliance and Marketing teams.
• Monitor customer performance and prepare portfolio reports.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, regulatory and company policies.
