Bonite Bottlers Limited invites suitably qualified and competent Tanzanians to apply for the following position:

1. Microbiologist

Key responsibilities

• Conduct microbiological sampling and analysis of raw materials, products, processing areas, equipment, water, and the production environment.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, OPRPs, CCPs, and Quality & Food Safety (QFS) requirements across production and laboratory activities.

• Monitor, analyze, and trend microbiological and environmental results, and report significant findings to the relevant Quality team.

• Identify and report microbiological, GMP, and food safety non-conformities and support investigation and implementation of corrective actions.

   

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology.

• Strong analytical, laboratory, and problem-solving skills.

• Good understanding of microbiological testing, GMP, GLP, and food safety requirements.

Experience: Any relevant work experience in microbiology, laboratory work, quality control, or food and beverage manufacturing will be an added advantage.
