Job Purpose:
Provide strategic leadership and operational management of the Bank’s physical security programme, ensuring the safety of assets, employees, customers, and premises.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement physical security strategies aligned with Bank policy and BOT guidelines
Oversee security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms) and 24/7 security operations
Manage security personnel, armed police, and contracted security providers
Lead emergency response, crisis management, and post-incident investigations
Ensure compliance with banking security regulations and international standards
Manage security budgets, resources, and vendor contracts
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
Minimum 4 years’ progressive experience in physical security management (banking/financial sector preferred)
Experience managing large, multi-site security operations
Law enforcement or military background is an added advantage

At least 4 years’ experience handling public and senior decision-makers
Experience in credit analysis and appraisal
