Key responsibilities
The Officer – Marketing Photographer and Videographer will:
- Capture and edit high-quality photographs and videos that bring students’ stories to life, including content from school events, special visits and excursions.
- Support other departments with multimedia requirements, including filming interviews, editing footage and collaborating on creative projects.
- Organize and label digital content carefully, ensuring all materials are properly filed and shared on time.
- Maintain photography equipment responsibly, track its usage and follow school procedures for safe handling.
- Work closely with other members of the Marketing team to meet deadlines, exchange ideas and improve the organization’s visual communication materials.
Qualifications and experience
Applicants should have:
- A minimum of a diploma in Photography and Videography, Multimedia, Graphic Design or a related field.
- Practical experience in digital photography, videography and multimedia production.
- Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Media Encoder, After Effects, Illustrator, Audition, Final Cut and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Kiswahili.
