Job description

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:

• Preparing estimates for initial project budget proposals.
• Preparing bills of quantities (BOQs).
• Conducting work measurements for civil, building, electrical, and mechanical works.
• Preparing rate analyses for variation orders.
• Preparing tender and contract documents and managing tendering processes.
• Preparing monthly cash flow statements.
• Preparing contracts and managing subcontractors.
• Preparing interim payment claims on a monthly basis.
• Preparing and evaluating subcontractors’ payment claims.
• Preparing final accounts for main contractors and subcontractors.

Qualifications and experience

Applicants must have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, a Bachelor of Science in Building Economics, or a related qualification.
• At least two years of experience in the construction industry.
• Fluency in English.
