Job Purpose
To manage non-performing loans and ensure effective recovery of delinquent accounts while maintaining professional customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and follow up on overdue loan accounts.
Negotiate repayment plans and implement recovery strategies.
Prepare portfolio quality and recovery performance reports.
Liaise with legal teams on recovery actions where necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recovery records.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in credit administration or debt recovery within a financial institution.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Knowledge of banking regulations and recovery procedures is an added advantage.
