Regional Stores Manager Job at Yas – April 2026

Eligibility Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Stores/Retail management (telecom experience preferred).
Core Responsibilities
- Champion a customer-first culture across all stores
- Deliver targeted NPS and CSAT performance for the region
- Ensure consistent execution of customer journeys and service standards
- Actively monitor Voice of Customer (VoC) insights and implement improvement actions
- Reduce customer complaints and improve first-contact resolution
- Ensure all stores operate in line with defined SOPs, policies, and compliance standards
- Maintain store uptime (systems, network, and infrastructure) ≥99%
- Oversee stock management, merchandising, and visual standards
- Drive achievement of regional revenue, sales, and profitability targets
- Monitor and improve KPIs such as conversion rate, ARPU, upsell and cross-sell performance
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Supervisors and frontline teams
