Job Overview

Position: Sales & Business Development Executive 

Rendor Estates start-up based in Dar es Salaam is seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive / Business Development Officer to help drive sales, expand our client base, and contribute to the growth of the business

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Promote and market available properties to prospective buyers and tenants.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate information.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Represent the company professionally during client meetings, property tours, and promotional events.
Requirements:
  • Passion for the real estate industry.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and comfortable speaking on camera, with the ability to present and explain property features effectively.
  • Proficient in social media and digital marketing platforms.
  • Available to work full-time.

Fresh graduates and recent university graduates looking to start their careers are highly encouraged to apply. A valid driving licence and the ability to drive are an added advantage.
