Job Title: Sales Engineering Manager

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer
Department: Sales

Job Purpose:

The Sales Engineering Manager will be responsible for driving company growth through hands-on technical sales while also leading and managing the sales engineering function. The role combines active client acquisition, revenue generation, and strategic team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively generate sales by identifying opportunities, engaging clients, preparing proposals, and closing deals.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales engineering team, setting targets and monitoring performance.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share and expand key accounts.
  • Provide technical consultation and presentations to clients and senior decision-makers.
  • Oversee tender submissions, RFQs, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to design and deliver customized engineering solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and achievement of revenue and margin targets.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective post-sale technical support and solution delivery.
  • Achieve the sales Annual Targets settled by Top management.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical sales, with proven deal-closing ability.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a strong advantage.
