Position: Sales Executive

Reports to: Business Manager

Location: Dar es Salaam

Number of positions: 3

Purpose of the Role

Tabono Consult is looking for a motivated, energetic and result oriented Sales Executives to join our team and drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate is supposed to be a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales, a keen understanding of our market trends and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities by exploring untapped markets and potential partnerships, including expansion into new geographical regions and industry sectors.
  • Propose additional services to existing clients by highlighting potential value additions to their businesses.
  • Conduct sales visits and follow up on leads to successfully convert prospects into long‑term clients.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, engagement and excellent customer service.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while preparing detailed performance reports for management review.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2⁠ –3 years of sales/marketing experience · Strong negotiation and communication skills.⁠     · Results⁠       -driven and self-motivated.
