Job Purpose
The Sales Executive Officer (SFE) is responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying prospective clients, and expanding Jubilee Life Insurance’s market reach. This role focuses on promoting financial protection solutions, building client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify potential individuals and corporate clients to pitch life insurance products and tailored financial security plans.
Client Engagement: Conduct professional presentations, negotiate terms, address client queries, and close sales effectively.
Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing policyholders to ensure customer satisfaction, policy renewals, and referral generation.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on insurance market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings within Dar es Salaam.
Performance Reporting: Track daily sales activities, maintain pipeline records, and hit established monthly sales targets.
Education: Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on sales experience (experience in insurance or financial services is highly preferred).
Language Skills: Fluent in both written and spoken Swahili and English.
Technical Skills: Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Results-driven with a self-motivated, proactive mindset
Excellent problem-solving and closing capabilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
