Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Supervisor – Poultry Feed to join our Sales & Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market penetration, leading a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and poultry farmers. The role requires a commercially focused leader with proven experience in poultry industry sales and the ability to deliver sustainable business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• • Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team to achieve agreed sales targets and business objectives. 
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue, market share, and distribution coverage. 
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with poultry farmers, distributors, agro-vets, stockists, and key accounts. 
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales activities, provide coaching, and ensure effective market coverage. 
  • Promote the company’s poultry feed products by providing customers with technical product knowledge and value-added solutions. 
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and pricing to identify growth opportunities. 
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence reports for management. 
  • Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure excellent customer service and product availability. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Marketing, Business Administration, Animal Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field. 
• A minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in poultry industry sales is mandatory. 
• Demonstrated success in business development, customer acquisition, and achieving sales targets. 
• Strong understanding of poultry production systems, poultry feed products, and farmer-based sales models. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and sales reporting tools. 
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
