Duties and Responsibilities
- To advise on internal security matters;
- To prepare and provide security awareness training for Bank employees;
- To take measures to ensure control of movement of people and Bank properties to/from Bank premises;
- To plan and organize work schedules for security guards and control room operators;
- To enforce security rules, regulations and procedures;
- To coordinate responses to fire and other emergencies;
- To contribute to implementation of appraisal exercise for security guards and control room operators under his supervision
- To assist in conducting disciplinary investigations; and
- To perform other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Law Enforcement from a recognized university with at least Upper Second Class.
