Senior Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet all guests and visitors professionally.
• Manage daily front office operations and supervise reception staff.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints and requests with prompt resolution.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, bookings and guest reservations.
• Maintain accurate guest records using the property management system.
•  Assist in managing customer accounts and related administrative records

Qualification

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Marketing or
  related field.

Experience

• 1 to 3 years in a front office or receptionist role (hotel/hospitality preferred).
• Knowledge of basic accounting or customer account management will be an added advantage.

Language

• Fluent in English – MANDATORY. Other languages – Added Advantage.

Remuneration

• Competitive remuneration depending on experience
