Key Duties:

- Sales & Merchandising: Arranging attractive displays, keeping prices updated, promoting sales, and keeping up with competitor offers.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, ordering new supplies from wholesalers, receiving deliveries, checking for damage, labeling, and rotating stock.
- Operations: Opening/closing the shop, maintaining cleanliness, managing store layout, and handling online sales if applicable.
- Administration: Calculating daily takings, managing wages, basic bookkeeping, and keeping accurate sales records.
