Available Vacancies & Requirements
1. Public Relation Officer II (3 Posts)

• Salary Scale: PGSS 6

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing conferences, seminars, ceremonies, and producing Radio/TV programs.

  • Maintain photographic records of major institutional events and write feature articles for newsletters. Short Term Employment Vacancies

  • Represent the college at exhibition stands (e.g., Trade Fairs and Open Days).

2. ICT Officer II – Network Administrator (1 Post)

• Salary Scale: PGSS 7

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication, Electronics, or equivalent qualifications.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, install, configure, and review LAN and WAN infrastructure.

  • Implement network security plans, troubleshoot network issues, and test equipment.

  • Provide database client/user support, database maintenance, and general end-user support.

3. ICT Officer II – Multimedia Specialist (1 Post)

• Salary Scale: PGSS 7

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication, Electronics, or equivalent qualifications.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, create, and produce interactive multimedia content.

  • Manage, maintain, and support multimedia tools, devices, and systems.

  • Assist in selecting appropriate multimedia hardware and software for institutional needs.

4. ICT Officer II – Web Master / Web Developer (1 Post)

• Salary Scale: PGSS 7

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication, Electronics, or equivalent qualifications.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Test, update, manage, and maintain college websites and web servers.

  • Implement website security policies and provide technical end-user support.

General Conditions for Applicants

1. Citizenship & Age: Must be a Tanzanian citizen aged 45 years or below.

2. Public Service Status: Retired public servants are not eligible to apply.

3. Required Attachments (Certified Copies Only):

   • Degree/Diploma/Certificates and academic transcripts.

   • Form IV and Form VI National Examination Certificates.

   • Birth Certificate and National ID Card (NIDA).

5. Foreign Verification: Foreign secondary certificates must be verified by NECTA; foreign university degrees must be verified by TCU/NACTE.
