Position: SUPERMARKET MANAGER (2 Positions)

Role Purpose: To lead branch operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff performance, and achieve profitability targets with strong leadership, analytical, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee branch operations including sales, inventory, and staff supervision to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and compliance with operational standards.
• Monitor performance indicators, sales targets, and profit margins.
• Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and HR for smooth branch operations.
• Monitor sales performance.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Procurement departments for operational synergy.
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain service quality.

Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail management or supermarket operations. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Customer-oriented approach and operational discipline. Ability to coordinate field and administrative teams effectively.
