About the Role
We are seeking an experienced supervisors to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day employee performance, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and according to company policy
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervising Workers - Monitoring workers to ensure tasks are done properly.
- Ensuring Safety - Making sure safety rules and protective equipment are used.
- Managing Materials - Checking that materials and -tools are available and used correctly.
- Following Project Plans - Ensuring construction follows drawings and specifications.
- Reporting Progress - Updating management on daily site progress.
- Solving Site Problems - Handling issues like delays, con-Picts, or shortages.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in supervisor RemunerationCompetitive salary commensurate with experience and performance.
