Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Management

• SAP Processing: Manage the real-time receipt, tracking, and issuance of warehouse inventory using SAP. 

  Fulltime jobs

• Stock Levels: Maintain optimal stock levels to support production without creating excess costs.

• Quality Control: Inspect incoming supplier deliveries against purchase orders; issue rejection notes for damaged or incorrect goods.

• Reconciliation: Conduct regular physical stock counts, reconcile data against book stock, and investigate any variances.

Warehouse Operations & Safety

• Standards & Compliance: Maintain the warehouse in line with Diageo’s quality, security, risk, and safety policies.

• Housekeeping: Perform daily reviews to ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and adheres to 5S principles.

• Project Support: Assist in planning and implementing new warehouse projects.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.

• Experience: 3+ years of inventory management experience, preferably within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.

Preferred (Added Advantage):

• Proficiency in SAP software.

• Graduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS).
