About the Role

Yola Company Limited is looking for a creative, strategic, and organized Social Media Manager to oversee and elevate our digital presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate has an eye for luxury aesthetics, expertise in short-form video creation, and a passion for fragrances, art, and interior design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Curation: Shoot, edit, and post high-quality photos and videos (product shoots, projects, and behind-the-scenes) tailored for Instagram and TikTok.

• Campaign & Strategy Management: Design strategic monthly content calendars, run organic growth campaigns, and plan digital coverage for events.

• Analytics & Growth: Track platform metrics, generate monthly performance reports, and leverage insights to optimize engagement.

• Trend & Partner Outreach: Monitor social media trends and collaborate with influencers and brand partners to drive visibility.

• Administrative Support: Assist with personal administrative and miscellaneous operational tasks as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Media, Art & Design, or a related discipline.

• 1+ years of hands-on experience managing business social media accounts.

• Strong skills in photography, video editing (CapCut or similar tools), and design (Canva).

• Excellent creative writing skills with consistent brand voice alignment.

• Must hold a valid ID, reside in Dar es Salaam, and be willing to travel when required.
