CALL FOR INTEREST

The Norwegian Refugee Council is an independent humanitarian non-profit government organization which provides assistance, protection and durable solution to refugees and internally displaced person worldwide
Presently NRC is developing/renewing the list of suppliers providing the following

 Building constructions works
 Road constructions works
 Carpentry works
 Electrical works
 Supply of construction material and tools
 Supply of pools/timber and bamboo for shelter construction
 Supply of ICT Equipment( computer, printers etc)
 Supply of office furniture(desks, chairs, shelves etc)
 SUPPLY OF STATIONARY
 Supply of office consumable(coffee, tea, cleaning, products, etc)
 Printing services (ID Cards, T-shirts, Banners, Stickers etc)
 Transportation services( hire of minibus, trucks, 4×4 vehicles etc)
 Maintenance of vehicles (Toyota certified)

Mandatory requirements

1. Company profile including the name of the company representatives with contact details email and phone number
2. Tax identification number
3. Proof of legal registration in Tanzania
4. A valid trading license
5. Bank statement for at least 6 months
6. Proof of owing EFD Receipt
7. ERB Registration( for construction companies)
8. List of technical staff( for construction companies)
9. Proven work experience( for construction companies)
10. All TFS required document for carpenters and companies dealing with timber and bamboo
11. Detailed lists of items/materials for supply companies

Companies interested in being added to our list of pre-qualified suppliers should submit the requested documents in the sealed envelopes not later than 23 February 2020 at 15:00 at the address below
