CONSULTANCY SERVICE FOR PREPARATION FOR MARKET STRATEGY FOR ZANZIBAR PORTS CORPORATION.
REQUEST FOR CONSULTANT FIRMS TO EXPERESSION OF INTEREST
1, The Zanzibar Ports Corporation ‘Z9C: has allocated public funds in to 2021 /2022 budget and “intends to apply 2 portion of the “funds to eligible payments under the Contract “or Consultancy Services for Preparation of Market Strategy and Implementation Plan.
2. EPC now invites eligible qualified consultancy firms to express their interest in province 1g the above consultancy services
3. Consultant’s Are will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act no. 11 of 2076.
4. In assessing the submissions, consideration will be given to the technical competence of the consultancy firms, the qualification and experience of the consultant firms likely to be proposed for the assignment, experience on similar projects and capacity to undertake the assignment. A final consultant “invited to submit proposals for this assignment will be prepared front consultants responding to the article. Only consultant’s firms that are demonstrated experience and excellent track records in similar assignments of similar nature and magnitude, availability of appropriate skills among the stat will be considered for short listing
5. This not a request for proposal after a review of Expression of interest, a shortlist will be prepared, and these consultants Arms short listed will be invited to submit their proposal through letter of invitation including specific Terms of Reference.
6. The expression of Interest shall be submitted to the office of Secretary of Tender Board, Zanzibar Ports Corporation, Head Office Building, Malindi-Zanzibar The deadline for the submission of the EOI is Thursday, 18 November, 2021 at 11:00 hours. Envelopes containing the Expression of Interest shall be clear marked Tender No. SMZ/F.123/CS/Eol/2021-2022/01 EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PREPARATION AND IMPLIMENTATION PLAN OF MARKET STRATEGY FOR ZANZIBAR PORTS CORPORATION -Not to be opened until 18th November 2021 at 11:00 hours.
7. The Expression of Interest (EOI) be opened immediately after deadline for submission in Public and 9 the presence of Consultants’ representative who choose to attend m the Conference Room of the Zanzibar Ports Corporation Head Office, Malindi Street, Zanzibar,
8. Any request for clarification with regard for the assignment shall be addressed to Secretary of Tender Board, Zanzibar Ports Corporation, Head Office Building, Malindi-Zanzibar, P.O. Box 263, email: [email protected] during working hours.
9 The Client shall respond to clarification raced not less than Five days before the deadline for submission
10. Late Expressions of Interest shall not have accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstance
