CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR DEVELOPMENT AND DEPLOYMENT OF ONLINE PORT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM(e-Port) FOR ZANZIBAR CORPORATION

REQUEST FOR CONSULTANCY FIRMS EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

1. The Zanzibar Ports Corporation has allocated public funds in its 2020/21 budget and intends to apply of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for consultancy services for   Services For Development And Deployment Of Online Port Management System(e-Port) For Zanzibar Corporation

2. ZPC now invites eligible qualified consultancy firms to express their interest in providing the above consultancy services
3. Consultants firms will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the public procurement and disposal of public assets Acts No.11 of 2016
4. In assessing the submission, consideration will be given to the technical competence of the consultancy firms the qualification and experience of the consultant firms likely to be proposed for the assignment experience on similar project and capacity to undertake the assignment. A final consultancy firms invited to submit their proposal for this assignment will be prepared from consultancy responding to the notice. Only consultancy firms that with demonstrated experience and excellent track records in similar assignment of similar nature and magnitude availability of appropriate skills among the staff will be considered for short listing
5. This is not a request for proposal after review of expression of interest a shortlisting ill be prepared and those consultancy firms shortlisted will be invited to submit their proposals through a letter of invitation including specific terms of reference
6. The expression of interest shall be submitted to the office of secretary tender board ZPC head office building malindi – Zanzibar the deadline for the submission of the EoI is Tuesday4th  November 2020 at 11:00 . envelopes containing the expression of interest shall be clearly marked tender no TENDER NO SMZ/F.123/CS/EoI/2020.2021/01 CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR DEVELOPMENT AND DEPLOYMENT OF ONLINE PORT MANAGEMENT    Not to be opened until 4^th October 2020 at 10:00 hour
7. The expression of interest will be opened immediately after deadline for submission in public and in the presence of consultancy representatives who choose to attend in the conference room of the Zanzibar ports corporation head office Malindi street ZANZIBAR
8. Any request for clarification with the regard to this assignment shall be addressed to secretary of tender Zanzibar Ports Corporation Head Office Building Malindi – Zanzibar, P.O. Box 263 Email [email protected] during office hours
9. The client shall respond to clarification received not less than five days before the deadline for submission
10. Late expression of interest shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstance
