Description of Requirements
- Uranex Tanzania Limited a subsidiary of Magnis Energy Technologies is issuing this Request for Expression of Interest (RE01) to seek interest from qualified Local and International consultants with required expertise and experience, domestically situated for pre-qualification for provision of consultancy services for the design and supervision of construction of Storm Water Dam for the Nachu Graphite Project located in Ruangwa, Lindi Region Southern of Tanzania.
- Consultants expressing interest should note that this REOI serves as a pre-qualification of the companies that will be invited to participate in the Bidding process that will follow. As explained in the detailed RE01 (to be provided) Mandatory Requirements, only Vendors that meet the minimum pre-qualification criteria set out in this REGI will be invited to participate in the ensuing competitive bidding exercise.
- This call for an E01 does not constitute a solicitation. Uranex Tanzania Limited (UTL) reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI.

Pre-qualification Selection Process and Evaluation Criteria
• Interested consultants will be pre-qualified through the pre-qualification evaluation criteria stipulated in the detailed REOI.
• Applicants interested parties can obtain the project scope in the detailed RE01 by emailing uranex.tanzania0gmaikcom. A hardcopy will also be available at Uranex Tanzania Limited, located along Yatch Club Road, House 19. Dar es Salaam Tanzania.
• While preparing and sending their responses to this REOI, Vendors/consultants are requested to take note of important RE01 dates as outlined in the timetable below. Vendors will be notified in case of any changes in the dates indicated below:
a) REOI Publication date – 30th November 2022;
b) Deadline for posing RE01 related questions and clarifications – 7th December 2022, 16:00 Tanzania local time;
c) Deadline for responding to RE01 questions and clarifications -9th December 2022, 16:00 hrs. Tanzania local time;
d) RE01 Closing Date -13″ December 2022,16:00 hrs, Tanzania Local time.
