East African Community with the support of TMEA is seeking proposal from qualified firms/consortium for the consultancy to measure the impact on non-tariff barriers in the EAC and also develop a training programme for NMC and integrate EAC Wide NTB SMS/Online reporting system and NTB Toolkit and factbook
