EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST: EXPLORATION DRILLING SERVICES
PR NG Minerals, a company incorporated in the United Republic of Tanzania with company
number 45024 (the Company), is seeking expressions of interest from reputable and qualified
providers for 3,500m to 4,500m Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling services relating to its
exploration activities at its Ngualla Project in the Songwe region in the second half of 2023.
Interested and qualified parties wishing to provide their services in line with the above-listed
request must submit the following documents to the Company for verification:
- Certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation
- Certified copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Registered office address
- Proof of local content compliance
- Certified copy of current Business Licence
- Tax Clearance Certificate
- TIN Certificate
- VAT Certificate
- Details of Company Representative / Contact Person
- Latest audited accounts
- Details of HSE systems currently in place as well as any HSE certifications
- Technical capability statement including a list similar projects executed in the past
- And any other information/documents a company may require
