INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF ANTI MONEY LAUNDERING AND TRANSACTIONS MONITORING SYSTEM
CRDB Bank Plc is an African Bank and leading financial service provider in Tanzania with current presence in Tanzania and Burundi. East Africa. The Bank was established in 1996 and was listed on the Dar-es-salaam stock Exchange (DSE) in June 2019.
CRDB Bank Plc has set aside funds for the operations during the financial year 2019. it is intended that part of the funds will be used to cover for eligible payments under the contract for the Supply. Installation and implementation of Anti-Money Laundering and Transactions Monitoring System.
CRDB Bank Plc is now inviting Sealed Tenders from all eligible, competent and experienced firms to apply for Expression of Interest for the Supply and Implementation of an Anti Money Laundering and Transaction Monitoring System. At minimum the system expected to have the following:
a) Ability to monitor suspicious transactions with various rule based and behavioral
b) Ability to perform SDN screening.
c) The system should have module to support screening of Trade based Money Laundering.
d) Ability to facilitate Cash Transaction Reporting
e) The system should be compatible with different SDNs reference data files such as World Check, Dow Jones. SWIFT etc.
f) Compatible with Money Service Business transactions such as Bureau de Change. Money Transfer services. etc
Tendering will be conducted in line with to CRDB Bank Plc Procurement Policy and Procedures Only shortlisted Vendors will be eligible for invitation of Request for Proposal (RFP) stage.
Preliminary selection criteria shall be as follows:
A Legal Compliance on documentation .
- Submission of all registrations from relevant authority
- Submission of valid business, Certificate of incorporation or extract from Business registrar
- Submission of TIN, VAT (for registered), valid Tax clearance certificate etc
- Current physical location with valid lease agreement
- Submission of certified litigation history certificate .
- Company capabilities. competence and eligibility. .
- Show evidence of at least FIVE (5) years’ experience in the relevant field
- Submission of relevant CV and copies of certificates for key personnel and technical staff
- Submit at least THREE (3) years of latest AUDITED financial statements
- Demonstrate capability in terms of Resources. skills and technology

Late Tenders, a portion of Tenders, Electronic Tenders, Tenders not received. and not opened and not read out in public at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
