EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR SELECTION OF JOINT VENTURE PARTNER IN GOLD MINING AT TARIME MARA
Nyamongo Gold Mine Ltd invites a Mining Partner (Investors) on Gold Mines in Tarime-Mara. (Tanzania).
XGIL is a Tanzanian Registered Mining Company and a lawful 01mer of the Mine.
XGIL has already done the following;
a) Feasibility study (Geological survey)
b) L\fulling license (ML)
c) Environmental Impact Assessment (E.I.A certificate) d) Lab Test Report
XGIL is willing to work and give Gold Production SHARES to the eligible partner (investor)
Eligibility and Qualification of bidders, the EOI must be accompanied with the following documents:
I. company profile.
2. certified copy of registration.
3. certified copy of audited financial statements for last 2 yrs .
4. Approval to operate Gold Mining Production from the Competent Authority and other relevant bodies.
S. Not to be insolvent, in receivership, bankrupt, subject to legal proceedings for any
those circumstances or in the process of being wound up.
