INVITATION TO EXPRESS INTEREST
Equinor Tanzania AS is planning a relocation into a new office premises with 1,500sqm at 429 Mahando Street. We are currently looking for contractors to deliver design and fit out services. The contactor is expected to deliver the services in a timely. Professional, safe and cost-effective manner.
Equinor: Tanzania AS hereby invites interested companies to submit Expressions of Interest for the following services. which will be carried out onshore of the United Republic of Tanzania:
Lot 27: Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Protection Engineering Team
Lot 28: Interior architect designer
Lot 29: Fit out Contractor (Main Contractor)
Lot 30: Quantity Surveyor
Lot 31: HSE Surveyor
Interested companies contractors may submit their Expression of Interest by sending an e-mail together with the following required documentations:
· Scanned Certified Copies of their registration and Extract with the Registrar of Business Names (this includes: TIN and VRN certificates. valid Business License, Tax Clearance Certificates etc.)
· Quality Management System certification and / or certificates proving the Company’s compliance with Tanzanian Quality Standards: this includes Occupational Safety and Health certificate issued by Occupational Safety & Health Authority (OSHA). Any other Quality Management certification will be an added advantage.
· Certifications from relevant professions/engineering board. such as Contractors registration board.
· Documented proof of relevant and recent experience in private and / or public sector (Minimum of 4 from 2014 to 2018) Professional references justified by customer testimonies.
· The Firm MUST be a local owned and should be registered in EWURA Supplier Database.
· Firm should be locally registered and with office in Dar Es Salaam/Tanzania.

Subject to timely delivery and compliance of the required documentations. interested firms shall be prequalified and listed in the Bidders List. Incomplete documentations will be rejected at Equinor’s discretion.
The deadline for receiving the expression of Interest is on Monday 25 November 2019 at 1400hrs EAT. Expression of interest which will be received after the set deadline will not be considered.
Any cost incurred by interested firms in preparing the Expression of Interest shall be fully borne by firms who shall have no recourse to Equinor Tanzania in this respect.
