Centenary Bank is a leading commercial microfinance Bank serving over I .8 million customers with services that can be accessed across our 77 branches, 188 ATMs, over 3,800 CenteAgents and other digital banking platforms. The Bank seeks
proposals from competent and experienced firms/individuals for the provision of
consultancy services for an organization wide Business Process Re-engineering &
Organizational Structural review.
Overview of the assignment
The requirement is to carry out a Process Value Analysis and Business Process Re-Engineering of all key Bank processes that support critical value creation and delivery to Bank customers and carry out an Organizational Structural Review with the objective to improve Organizational efficiency and effectiveness of Processes.
Interested firms/individuals should submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) documentation in English with clear descriptions of their expertise and competences to undertake the assignment. The submissions should be in duplicate i.e. labeled “Original” and “Copy” to the address below and received by I 0:30 AM, Thursday 12th August, 2021, (Local time) in a sealed envelope marked: “Expression of Interest for the Provision of Consultancy Services for Business Process Re- Engineering & Organizational Structural Review”.
