OreCorp Tanzania Limited (OreCorp Tanzania) and its subsidiary Nyanzaga Mining Company Limited (NMCL), are both wholly owned subsidiaries of OreCorp Limited, a development and exploration company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: ORR) (together referred to as OreCorp).

OreCorp is developing the Nyanzaga Gold Project {Myanzaga or the Project) located within the southern areas of the Lake Victoria Gold Fields, north-western Tanzania, Nyanzaga is in the Sengerema District within the Mwanza Region of Tanzania, The Project area lies approximately 60 km southwest of Mwanza.

OreCorp and NMCL wish to engage a professional service provider for laboratory services to provide analysis, interpretation and reporting on water quality and dust fall samples.

The scope of works will include:

Surface water and groundwater quality analysis – unfiltered water samples will be submitted on a quarterly basis for analysis of approximately 25 samples per quarter, but the actual number may vary. The laboratory shall make use of internationally recognized methods in the analyses.

Dust fall – Samples will be submitted monthly for measurement of dust fall (settleable particulate matter) for analysis of approximately 9 samples per month, but the actual number may vary. The laboratory shall make use of an internationally recognized standard test methods for measurement of dust fall.

All analyses wall, at a minimum, be carried out in accordance with methods prescribed by the Tanzanian Bureau of Standards (TBS). In instances where the TBS do not prescribe any standards, internationally recognized methods shall be used.

Expression of interest should be accompanied by supporting documents confirming the following requirements can be met:

a) Full compliance with Tanzanian Mining (Local Content Regulations) 2018, including approved Local Content Plan.

b) A track record of a minimum of three years of continuous operations in Tanzania.

c) A list of all clients and a minimum of three references from reputable mining companies operating in Tanzania.

d) A copy of their OHSE policy and QA/QC plan and procedures in line with international mining standards.

e) Proof of well-maintained and operational laboratory equipment, located in Tanzania and available for immediate use, and supported by an O€M trained in-house technical team.

f) Ability to provide technical support and spare parts to their laboratory equipment and personnel within 24 hours.

g) Ability to provide all required Laboratory consumables
