EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROVISION OF MEDICAL AND LIFE INSURANCE BROKERAGE SERVICES FOR FY 2021

HJFMRI – T is funded by[resident emergency plan for relief through the U.S Department of defense in Collaboration with the ministry of Health has been supporting a compressive HIV/AIDS care and support program in the Southern Highlands of Tanzania since 2004 currently HJFMRI – T operate in Mbeya, Songwe, Rukwa, Katavi, and Dar es Salaam
This expression of interest document to led the identification of interested and reliable insurance brokers who have sufficient capacity and experience provide insurance brokerage services for the following categories

Interested companies are hereby requested to submit their expression of interest that must include the following minimum requirements
- Company profile
- Certificate of incorporation/registration
- Current trade license/business permit
- Current tax clearance certificate
- License by the Tanzania Insurance Regulatory Authority(TIRA Certificate)
- Current membership of the Tanzania Insurance Brokers Association
- At least 5 years experience as a registered insurance broker
- Current list of client(showing name, contacts, and insurance category) where similar services are being provider have been provided
- Reference letters from the 3 clients with whom the brokerage firm is currently managing a cover valued not less than TSH 400 Million (value Insured) one reference letter must be for provision of medical cover and another from an international NGO
- Names and CVs of key staff who will be handling the contract
- Audited financial statements for the last two

- HJFRMI reserve at its sole discretion the right to select or reject either in totality or partially any or proposal made in the context of this EOI any such decision made will be final and no correspondence will be engaged into other than for the purpose of information the bidders of the outcome of the process and
- HJFMRI and its authorized respective are hereby authorized to conduct any inquiries or due diligence to verify the document and information submitted in connection with EOI
