EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF PREFABRICATED WORKING SPACE USING SHIPPING CONTAINERS (BUILT IN –COUNTRY OR IMPORTED)

1. The bank has aside founds foe year 2020, towards the supply and installation of prefabricated working space using shipping containers( built in-country or imported) that  are intended used for min branches and wakala shop
2.  NMB Bank Plc now invited eligible, qualified and experienced vendors to express their interest to supply installation prefabricated working space using containers (built in-country or imported both for 20 fit and 40 fit which are movable and can also be branded.  Vendor are required need to have extensively experienced in handling the project of the same nature
3. The selection and final shortlisting of vendors will be conducted through the open competitive tender process as specified in the NMB Bank Plc procurement policy and procedures
4. This is not request for proposal henceforth after a review of the submitted applications for the expression of interest a shortlisting will be prepared. Shortlisted vendor will be invited to submit their proposal through a request for proposal document
5. The selection /shortlisting criteria will include
6. Possession of registration certificate relevant authorities – business license, company certificate of incorporation TIN, VAT registration
7. Submission of certificated declaration on litigation information regarding your firms
8. Submission of certificate declaration on litigation information regarding your firm
9. The company must have experience in implementing projects of similar nature and complexity in different organization
10. The company must provide at least 3 references from their listing business
11. Submit the list of key technically staff with their CV’s demonstrating their ability to carry out the assignment
12. Documentary evidence of financial capability and capacity to undertake the assignment submit 2 years or lease contract company audited financial report(2017 and 2018)
13. Current physical location(which will be inspected for verification) that is valid right of occupancy of office premises or lease contract

Please note that in assessing the submission consideration for shortlisting will be based on the above mentioned criteria. Vendor with demonstrated experienced and excellent track record in similar assignment will be considered for shortlisting

Application received will be opened promptly thereafter and in presence of vendor representative who choose to attend in the opening ceremony at MB Bank Plc Head Office on the 1^st Floor at 1500 time 3^rd April 2020, the proposal shall be delivered in the following ways
