EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR

CONDUCT FINAL EVALUATION FOR THE CHAKULA CHETU PROJECT

The chakula chetu project provides daily school meals to more than 14,468 students in 16 primary school using locally purchase food.  The program builds the capacity of local stakeholders to lead and manage their own school meals programs

PCI Tanzania is seeking for a consultant or firm to conduct and lead a final for chakula chetu using a quasi-experimental design with both quantities and qualitative method.  This program has been implementation in Mara region for the past 2 years.  The qualified aspirants are excepted to meet the following minimum requirements

  • Extensive experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection analyst and report writing in food security and/or food assistance programs
  • Experience leading data collection in Swahili and ability to communicate efficiently in English
  • Strongly preferred applicants with background in evaluating school feeding programs and /or projects funded by US Government
