INTRODUCTION
Geita Gold Mining Limited and Anglo Glod Ashati Ltd is subsidiary is located in north western Tanzania in Lake Victoria goldfields of geita about 120 KM from Mwanza and 44 KM West of the town of geita
The purpose of EO is to explore the supply market for competent providers with the requisite technical skills and knowledge and financial capacity to undertake the Supply and Delivery of Capital projects Goods and Service to Geita Gold Mine in accordance with the tender document
The response of this EOI will be used to shortlist capable service provider that will be invited to respond to the main tender for provision of various works/service for Geita Gold mining Ltd. The details and date for the issues of the main tender will be communicated to shortlisted companies only. It is necessary to respond to EOI/RFI in order to be pre-qualified be considered for the main tender

The below information is required in order to conclude the prequalifications evaluation set out below
- Detailed services provider information with organization structure list of manpower with CV of keys personnel company (if applicable) support agencies and other facilities and resources
- Detailed of the services provider safety health and environmental performance including
- Safety records (FIFR, AIFR, Regulatory infraction and for a 3 years period, training and certificate
- Safety management system
- Detailed of the services providers responsible sourcing procedures as well as compliance with requirements as set out in the Tanzania Mining (Local Content) Regulations 2018 as amended

- Details of the services providers suppliers training and recruitment process

- Selective and targeted recruitment pre-employment process
Pre-Qualification Evaluation considerations
In evaluating the interested bidders GGML will consider the following
- Service reliability:- prospective bidders to indicate the approach they will adopt to ensure quality of the various good and services to be supplied, particular in the mining sector and in remote locations
- Capability:- prospective bidders to give details of their capability regarding the provision of services to similar size of clients as GGML ( At least 3 reference letters from existing customers are required)
- Health safety and environmental :- prospective bidders to give details of their health safety and environmental management system
- Sustainability:- prospective bidders to give details for their local labor sourcing and training plans as well as detailed of any commitment to the social development of the area where GGML is located
- Financial capability:- prospective bidders to provide details of their financial capability supporting their ability to render the services
- Local content:- prospective bidders to demonstrate their compliance with the requirements as set out in the Tanzania Mining (local content) regulations 2018 amends
- Permit and certification – prospective bidders to provide details and evidence of permits and registration issues by the relevant government authorities including OSHA and any other statutory bodies regulating the related services
Interested bidders must submit their EOI Letter together with supporting information to GGML which states the full name, address, telephone and email address of the tender of the bidder’s name of the principal contact and signed by an authorized representative. The EOI must outline a statement of firm capability to provide supply and delivery of goods and services including similar contracts undertaken over past years. All LOIs and support documentation must be received by the GGML office via email at [email protected] no later than 8:30 28th August 2020 the (LOI submission deadline) EOI submission deadline should not exceed 10 MB per Emil in case the size of the email exceed 10 MB please split the submission into the more than one email
