CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
BACK GROUND
T-MARC Tanzania is a nonprofit Tanzania Organization working to improve public health and promote social development. Our socially marketed products and behavior change communication initiatives address pertain health issues in family planning and reproductive health child survival and sanitation nutrition and communicable non-communicable infection like malaria HIV’AIDS and cervical cancer
T-MARK is currently implementing project USAID Social enterprise with has focused on family planning HIV prevention products such as condoms and oral contraceptive. USAID Tulonge Afya in partnership with family health international (FHI 360) THIS IS SBC FOCUSED PROJECT AND 3. Comic Relief Badilisha Tabia Tokomeza Maralia it’s an SBCC Project which is focused on malaria prevention diagnosis and treatment
As A Part of the Current Initiatives to Strengthen Monitoring Evaluation and Research System T-Marc Tanzania wishes to have in place an integrated database that will incorporated and made use of the customize open source platform to facilitate efficient and effective management of T-MARC program data. Currently the organization has multiple platforms depending on the donor requirements to collect, analyze and report data prone to questionable quality, aces visualization, security, representation and standard of collect data, for example USESA project uses SFA system USAID Tulonge afya uses separate online database system and Badili tabia Tokomeza malaria has customized DHIS2 platform to collect analyze and produce reports. The intended database is expected to integrate all the current fragmented system to a common and unified system that link and support donor and national system
In light with the above background T-MARC invites express of interest from registered firms in Tanzania with suitable set of skills, knowledge and experienced to develop a database system
REQUIREMENTS
Specifically prospective partners will be required to submit a brief note of not more than 4 pages detailing their areas of work and experienced in database development
Together with the brief note please attach the following document
- Cover letter detailing expression of interest and competencies
- Certified copies of registration certificate business license, TIN Number and VRN
- A least 2 references on of them being the most recent client you have worked with
- Applicant contact details(phone number, email, website, physical address)
Note that the required documents are mandatory, application which do not include all the above documentation will not be considered
