Expression of Interest
for
Undertaking Architectural and Construction Supervision for Tandika Service Centre
The People’s Bank of Zanzibar (PBZ) Limited has set a side fund towards the cost of improvement of working environments as budgeted in the year 2019,it intends to apply that part of the proceeds of these funds to cover eligible payments under the contract for Undertaking Architectural and Construction Supervision for Tandika Service Centre. The building is located at Tandika Dar es Salaam.
PBZ now invites eligible National firms to indicate their interest in providing the services in two phases as described below:
Phase: I i. Design review and Construction Supervision
Phase: II i. Supervision of defect liability period
Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services by submitting consultant’s profile, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act No. 11 of Zanzibar of 2016 and will be conducted through Quality and Costs Based Selection methods specified in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act No.11 of Zanzibar of 2016, in Section 79(5) (a)
Interested eligible consultants may obtain further information from the office of the Secretary of Tender Board, the People’s Bank of Zanzibar Limited, The PDMU Office, The People’s Bank of Zanzibar Limited, Second Floor, Mpirani ZIC Building or through e mail: [email protected] from 8:30am to 3:30pm on Monday to Friday inclusive except on public holidays.
Expressions of Interest (Eol) must be delivered to the address above at or before 1200hrs local time on 20th November, 2019.
Late Expressions of Interest and Electronic of Expressions of Interest shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
