INTRODUCTION

Faru Graphite Corporation Limited (FGCL) is a joint venture company formed via the Framework Agreement signed 13th December 2021 between Mahenge Resources Limited (MRL) owning 84% and the Government of Tanzania (GoT) owning 16% Free Carried interest for the development of the Graphite deposits in Morogoro Region. Under the framework Agreement Berms, FGCL has been formally established for the mining, processing, and refining of Graphite.
