Haydom Lutheran Hospital is a non-profit making Organization M. owned by Evangelical
Lutheran Church in Tanzania, Mbulu Diocese (Faith Based Organization). The Hospital is in the
Manyara region and is Referral Hospital at the Regional level. It is about 120 KM from Babati the
headquarter of the Manyara region.
The principal activity of HI-H is the provision of medical services to residents in its catchment area
and other neighboring communities. The hospital serves Mbulu, Hanang, Singida, Meatu, Iramba,
and Babati districts.
The Hospital in collaboration with its partner Norwegian church aid uses part of the Funds for the
daily operations and maintenance of equipment & buildings.
The Hospital owns some Vehicles, Trucks, Tractors, and several machines for running its activities.
During the Financial year 2023, the Hospital invites eligible Suppliers to show the Expression of
Interest in the goods listed below.

M. Medical oxygen (Oxygen cylinder refiling) and maintenance service
N. Printing services for stationery
O. Computers and peripherals
The supplier shall submit copies of the following Qualification Requirements; 1. Current Business
License
- Certificate of Business Registration
- Certificate of regulatory bodies e.g. TFDA
- TIN Registration certificate.
- Indicate which supplies or services you are interested in supplying.
- Provide documentation that the product complies with the requirements.
N: B. The supplier shall deliver all goods to the Haydom Lutheran Hospital campus not
otherwise once given an orderin the Financial year 2023.

Deadline for submission of an Expression of Interest is 27 December 2022 at 10:00 hour Localal
Time.
The Expression of Interest shall be opened on 30 December 2022 at 02:30 hrs local time and all
applicants are advised to send their representatives.
Late submission of an Expression of Interest shall not be accepted irrespective of the
circumstances.
