2.Making sure staff get paid correctly on time.
3.Prepare job advertisement
4.Organising staff training.
5.Looking at staff health,safety and welfare of all employees.
6.Advising on disciplinary and employee performance problems
7.Managing Pensions and benefits administration.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
1.Bachelor degree in Human Resurce Management,Law or any related field.
2.Administration skills
3.Knowledge of human resource and labor laws
4.Ability to work well with others
5.Excellent communication skills
6.2 years experience working as an Hr officer in a reputable organisation.
7.Duty station-Kahama
