NOTICE 1S HEREBY GIVEN THAT, Under Powers contained In the Mortgage Deeds dated here under and every other powers enabling us so to do, We. TIB DEVELOPMENT BANK LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “TIB™) hereby advertise for sale of the captioned properties registered in the names as mentioned herein below:
1.0 BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FARM, the farm to be disposed Is No. 6712, C.T
No.127613, LO.No. 187949, located at Kilimani village about 30 Kilometers from Kibit punction road, 6 kdometers from junction of Ikwinr and Mioka village, Rufiji Otstrict In Coastal Region. The farm ts easily accessible as Ris along the road going to Jullus Nyerere Hydropower Project about 6 kifometres from the Junction of Ikwiriri and Mloka road at Mkongo area.
2.0 THE DERIVATIVE RIGHT OF OCCUPANCY in and over the land Is for a term of Ninety Nine (99) years with effect from 1st July 2013.
3.0 INTERESTED PARTIES OF THE PUBLIC are invited to submit their bids for the purchase of the farm within thirty {30} days from the date of advertisement. 4.0 The bids In sealed envelopes shall be submmted to TIB on the address below before 10.00am on the 14% January 2021. Bids shall be opened at 10.30 am at TIB offices in the address provided herein below, all bidders are invited to attend.
5.0 The successful bidder shall be required to pay 25% of the offered amount after the issuance of award letter, and the payment of the remaining balance of 75% to be paid within fourteen (14; days from the date of award letter.
