INVITATION FOR BIDS: FOR THE PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES

CFAO Motors Tanzania intends to invite interested bidders to submit proposal for the expression
of interest to perform the contract of provision of security services. The interested bidders must
comply with the below criteria and provide proof in the tender document to be considered eligible.

Prospective vendors must submit a copy of the complete expression of interest for the provision of security services.
Must demonstrate the willingness and commitment to meet expression of interest criteria.
All bids must provide certified copies of relevant professional registration certificates, valid
business license, Company Ownership Structure (to the level of ultimate beneficial owner), VAT/TIN registration, and current Tax Clearance Certificate.
Prospective vendors must list reputable clients including at least three (3) from a reputable local or international organization immediate past three years.
Bidders should provide evidence of Guarantee/Insurance against Liabilities incurred in the
course of the performance of the contract.
Past performance experience will be given due consideration to the qualifying vendor.
CFAO Motors Tanzania Limited reserves the right to request submission of additional
information from prospective vendors.
Application for the tender must be submitted in sealed envelopes Marked; Bid for the provision of security services.
CFAO Motors Tanzania Limited encourages prospective vendors to prevent and avoid conflicts
of interest.
Late tender documents shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
All applicants must submit their applications on or before 31st January 2023, 16h30 and the
tender will be opened within seven (7) days after the bid’s deadline.
