- INTRODUCTION
Gita Greenfield Mineral Exploration Ltd (“the Company’) will embark on a process of procuring
RAB Drilling Services and is therefore inviting interested eligible service providers to submit
Expression of Interest (E0I) for the provision of the services.
The primary purpose of the RAB Drilling Services is to obtain accurate and complete drilling
samples relating to the rocks and minerals penetrated in the correct sequences, properly related to
the drilling depth, at the places and times required by the Company. Dependent on the ground
conditions, the Company may need to switch to AC drilling during the drilling campaign and thus
will require a multi-purpose provider.
Interested bidders must submit expression Letters of Interest (EOI) by quoting the DESCRIPTION
AND REFERENCE NUMBER of the services they intend to express interest on THE SUBJECT
OF THE EMAIL together with supporting information to Geita Greenfields Mineral Exploration,
which states the full name, address, telephone and e-mail address of the bidder, name of the
principal contact, and signed by an authorized representative. All LOls and support documentation
must be received by the Gita Greenfields Mineral Exploration office via e-mail at
[email protected] not later than 17:00pm on 30 May 2023 (the “LOI
Submission Deadline”) without copying any individual from AngloGold Ashanti. E0l submission
should not exceed 10MB per email, documents should be submitted in PDF format (documents
should NOT be submitted via a link). In case the size of the email exceeds 10MB, please split the
submissions into more than one email. case the applicant does not comply with the E0I Submission
Requirements, the Company shall not be liable for not considering the applications that have been
compromised.
