INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR SUPPLY OF GOODS AND SERVICES FOR THE YEAR 2019/2020
RijkZwaan Q-Sem Ltd. of P.O. Box 12345 Arusha is in the process of updating its register for suppliers for good, services and works for year 2019 to 2020. interested and eligible suppliers from Arusha are invited to apply. This applies to both existing and prospective suppliers.

RijkZwaan Q-Sem Ltd. , invites you to submit sealed application for prequalification for supply of good and services for the financial year 2019-2020.
To be eligible, the candidate must prove that they qualify to participate procurement by Providing the following as part of the mandatory documents:
· Company profile
· Certificate of Incorporation
· Business license
· Valid tax clearance certificate, TIN & VAT registration certificate V Registration with regulatory bodies
· Trade references &sample purchase orders (PO’s) / contracts
· Three (3) months bank statements .
· Three years working experience with similar category of goods
· Proof of EFD machine, with four parameters
This pre-qualification does not amount to any contractual obligation on the part of RijkZwaan Q-Sem Ltd and RijkZwaan Q-Sem Ltd is not obliged to invite any quotations from any or all candidates who have expressed their interest by responding to this invitation.
RijkZwaan Q-Sem Ltd have the right to invite quotations for goods, works and services in any of the categories as and when required.
RijkZwaan Q-Sem Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject any application without giving a reason.
Note that submission of false information will lead to automatic disqualification. The application for pre-qualification should be submitted in a single sealed envelope properly labeled with the category number and the category description.
The Application must be submitted one original and one copy and envelop must be marked “Original” and “Copy” as appropriate and to be delivered to procurement office, RijkZwaan Q-Sem Ltd. Chekereni, P.O. Box 12345 Arusha or send by email to [email protected] if there are any discrepancies between the original and the copy, the original governs.
The documents should be signed by authorized representative of the organization. stamped and submitted with relevant supporting documents such as relevant licenses, references. certificates and any other information that the applicant wish to considered.
Applications may be modified or withdrawn in writing. prior to the closing time specified in this invitation. Applications shall not be modified or withdrawn after the deadline.
The supplier shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the application and RijkZwaan Q-Sem Ltd. will not in any case be responsible and liable for the costs incurred.
All information given in writing to or verbally shared with the supplier in connection with this pre-qualification is to be treated as strictly confidential. The supplier shall not share or invoke such information to any third party without the prior written approval of RijkZwaan Q-Sem Ltd.
This obligation shall continue after the procurement process has been completed whether or not the contractor is successful.
Deadline for submission will be on the 4th of November, 2019 at 2:30 pm. Documents will be Opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of supplier’s representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the board room in our MaIalua Farm.
