Tender Summary
AccessBank Tanzania Ltd (the bank) is interested to attract suppliers’ interest, with a clear objective of selecting and onboarding suppliers to deliver some of its 2019 annual Goods and Services.
The bank is expecting to work with a supplier/suppliers who are professionals, price conscious, quality oriented and reliable partners, hence inviting sealed quotations from eligible suppliers of goods and services as shown below;

1. Interested bidders should obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at our Head Office, located at Plot No 16 Block 45A Derm House, Kijitonyama, DSM, 5th Floor, from our Financial Controls Office, from 09:00am to 04:00pm Monday to Friday exclusive of Saturday, Sunday & public holidays.
2. Interested bidders are also required to pay TZS 100,000/-per lot, a nonrefundable fee to a specific account opened at AccessBank (T) Ltd Account in any AccessBank Branches in Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, Kahama, Iringa, Mbeya and Tabora. Payment slip should be presented to Financial Controls Unit, Derm House, 5th Floor Kijitonyama or any Branch to obtain the Tender Document you have paid for.
3. Interested bidder will be required to deliver a sealed envelope by hand or Registered Courier Service clearly marked with the Tender Number and Description/Title as provided in the above table, to the address below

4. The deadline for submission of the bids is on Thursday 30th May, 2019 at 3.00 pm.
5. Opening of Tender Documents shall be on the Thursday 30th May 2019 at 4:30pm, at our Head Office, Derm House Kijitonyama, 5th Floor, at the Bank’s Boardroom, for those suppliers who will choose to attend in person or through their representatives.
6. Late bids, partial/portion submission of bids, electronic submission of bids are not be Accepted
