1. Introduction
The Arusha International Conference Centre (AICC) was established under the Public Corporations Act No. 17 of 1969 by a Presidential Order through Government Notice no. 115 published on 25th August 1978. The Centre is wholly owned by the Government of United Republic of Tanzania and operates under the purview of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East African Co-operation. The AICC is intending to lease a large and multipurpose building located along Kaunda mRoad to the interested investors.
2. The said landed property has the following distinguishable and very attractive attributes as hereunder enumerated:-
i. The building was leased as a residential property but interested party may come up with different proposal to lease,
ii. The building is situated on a low density plot of approximately 4,200 square meters enclosed within a chain-link fence, in Corridor Area and it is approximately 300m South of Arusha Gymkhana Club/Mount Meru Hotel along Kaunda Road,
iii. The Building is well connected to Water and electricity supply system,
