- This invitation for expression of interest follows general procurement notice which appeared in the Tanzania Procurement Journal issue No 1821-80221 – VOLXII-N0 34 on Tuesday August 2019
- Government of Tanzania has a set aside fund for the operation of the public procurement regulatory authority during the financial year 2019/202. Its intended part of the proceed fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract of the provision of individual consultancy services conducting training/dissemination of PPA 20111 & PPR 2013 and their amendment of 2016
- Government Procurement Service Agency on behalf of public procurement regulatory authority now invites eligible individual consultancy to indicate their interest in providing service which include provision of individual consultancy services conducting training/dissemination of PPA 20111 & PPR 2013 and their amendment of 2016
- Interested individual consultancy must provide information indicating that they are qualified perform the services by submitting updated CV description of similar assignment experience in training procurement related courses in PPA 2011 & Its Regulatory And Other Relevant Skills
- You Are Requested To Submit Written Express Of Interest One Original Detailed CV And 2 Copies Of Detailed CV In Writing By 11TH August 2020 12; 00. the detailed CV and expressions of interest shall be enclosed in a single envelope and marked” proposal and detailed CV for the of individual consultancy services conducting training/dissemination of PPA 20111 & PPR 2013 and their amendment of 2016 to the following address

- The opening of CV shall take place immediately after the submission deadline at the GPSA Keko mwanga area/nyerere rd/ Bohari street, P.O. BOX 9150 DAR ES SALAAM – TANZANIA Administration blocks Room No 11
- A consultancy will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the public procurement act No 7 of 2011 as amended in 2016 and the public procurement regulations 2013 – government notice no 446 as amended in 32016 hereinafter called procurement regulations
- CV shall be evaluated on the basis of the criteria shown in terms of the reference only individual consultancy scoring 75% and above shall be engaged(depending on their availability) to carry out assignment shortlisted individual consultancy shall be retained for the period of 2 financial years 2020/2021 and 2021/2022
- Prospective individual consultancy are required to collect terms of reference from the secretary tender board whose address is indicated on paragraph 5 above during working day (Mon- Friday) between 8:00 – 15:30
- Any request for clarification with regard to this assignment shall be addressed to the undersigned not less than 7 days before deadline for submission. the client shall respond to clarification within 3 working days from the date of receipt of query
- Late express of interest shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective circumstances
