SALE OF PROPERTY BY TENDER

We, L J International Ltd of P.O.BOX 9611, Dar Es Salaam, acting under the powers given to us by the NMB BANK PLC, do hereby invite private bids from the general public for the outright purchase of the property described herein below on the basis of whereas is. Interested bidders are advised to obtain bid forms on the mortgaged property as described hereunder on terms and condition of tender:

The subject properties are various buildings which are all under one title deed which consists of 27,669 sq. metres, but sub-divided into 3 plots for various use, wall fenced as one with two entrance gates. ‘

  • Three warehouses (single storey) covers 1,019.43 sq. metres each, total of 3,058.29 sq. metres.

TERMS AND CONDITION OF TENDER

Interested tenderers are advised to get further information of the property for sale as whole, from the office of U INTERNATIONAL LTD at NSSF Mwl. Nyerere Pension Tower building, 3rd Floor at the junction of Morogoro Rd/Bibi Titi Rd. Contact Numbers: +255 22 212 6221/0743-911 921/0751-797-808.

Inspection and search reports of property to be conducted by interested tenderers before submission of bids for purchase.

Tender documents can be purchased at a fee of TZS. 100,000.00, either from our office in Dar Es Salaam or by depositing the said amount into our bank account No. 20106600553 at NMB Bank House branch. A receipt for that purchase shall be given by our office upon receipt of cash or a bank slip.

Deadline for submission of the bid documents shall be on Monday 9th of September 2019 at 10am.

Tenders shall be opened at our offices (NSSF Mwl. Nyerere Pension Tower 3rd Floor) on Monday 9th of September 2019 at 113m. Telegraph, faxes, electronically mailed and late submission of bid documents shall not be accepted.

Bid document should be in a plain envelope with the outer address clearly marked ”TENDER No. U/NMB/MOD- 2019/09 PURCHASE OF PROPERTY” and addressed to LJINTERNATIONAL LTD, NSSF Mwl. Nyerere Pension Tower Building 3rd Floor, P.O.BOX 9611 DAR ES SALAAM.

The winner of the tender must be able to deposit 25% of the bid price after being declared and announced as the successful winner of the tender on the day of the opening of the tender. He/she must be able to pay the remaining 75% within fourteen (14) days from the opening of the tender.

If the successful winner fails to pay the remaining 75% of the bid amount within the specified fourteen (14) days from the opening day of the tender, the deposited amount will be forfeited and the property resold by the new tender after new notification being published.
